ISC — Institute of Standards of Cambodiaវិទ្យាស្ថានស្តង់ដារកម្ពុជា
Cambodia’s national standards body, under MISTI (established under the 2007 Law on Standards). Sets the Cambodian Standards (CS) and runs the mandatory product-registration scheme for prepackaged food. The registration every prepackaged food needs from ISC before it can be sold. Your product is checked against the Cambodian Standards and the Khmer-language labeling rules. You typically need business/factory permits, VAT registration, a lab analysis certificate (usually under 3 months old) and a label sample. Once approved, you may display the ISC registration mark.

CamControl (the Cambodia Import-Export Inspection and Fraud Repression Directorate-General) inspects the quality and safety of imported and exported goods, including food, and tackles mislabeling, adulteration and fraud. Since 2020 its consumer-protection and fraud functions sit under the Ministry’s CCF.
